How to apply for papers submission and next steps:
• Send the filled application form until May, 31th 2013;
• Notification of the selected presentations will be sent until June, 10th 2013;
• Full paper/inputs submission until June, 30th 2013;
• Conference date: 20th September 2013;
• Publishing the papers and conference results (within 2 months after the conference);

For the approved applicants the organizers will cover the hotel and food costs. In certain cases the travel costs may also be covered.
